So The past 2 months have kept me pretty busy with work and life. My running motivation just has not been there lately. I got off work today and decided that I was going to go for a long desert run! The wildflowers are blooming and the desert is springing to life! As I ran I could smell the rich aroma of the creosote and mormon tea. There was an abundant of wildlife running around as well. This is such a great time of year to get Re Inspired about running! So get up and start running! It will make you feel great!

After doing a little trail run in Moe’s Valley, we stumbled this high ball varnished boulder. Without hesitating Luke jumped on the rock and started climbing it. Im guessing it was at least 30ft. tall. I’m unsure of the rating as well. He climbed it wearing his Vibram Five Finger KSO Trek’s.

This is a fantastic way to start your day! I try to make them as often as possible. This is a great coffee substitute to help you get out the door in the morning for a powerful trail run! Plus its healthier. This makes for a light refreshing breakfast alternative. It’s Much easier to digest and It makes me feel much lighter on my feet. I have found that it is an amazing way to alkalize and detox the body as well. What a great way to get your daily dose of greens and fruit.A big Thanks to Jake at Raw Utah for the great information.
